I'm new to this forum, but was wondering if someone can help me. Our company is still running on Ipoffice version 6 ...with CCC version 5 (CCC view and Reporter), we are trying to install CCC reporter on to a new desktop that has windows 7 32 bit, because the old windows xp (end of the bucket now). We got the delta server up and running, but not the CCC Reporter. We have install IIS and asp.net component with the 1.1 framework, but each time we launch the CCC reporter - it gives us a HTTP error 404.2 Not found error in the browser, with "The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the Web server." and some detail
Module IsapiModule
Notification ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler ASPNET-ISAPI-1.1-PageHandlerFactory
Error Code 0x800704ec

I know it doesn't say in the manual for support of windows 7, but was wondering anyone can lend some in site on helping us in the right direction.

This is just temporary for another 6 months until we can replace the complete phone system.

Not tries it myself but if you have Windows 7 Pro have a look at XP mode.

This is of course unsupported by Microsoft now.

You'll need to install .Net 1.1 and assign that to the IIS web page, it uses 2.0 as default, at least this was how it worked on WS2008.

CCC Server only runs on Server OS i.e. Windows 2000 Server or 2003 Server not on higher versions as far as I can remember

And CCC won't work on an IP Office R6, you need CCR on that vintage! (and a BP by the sounds of it!!)

IIRC CCC Serer was a dificult install, even when you had had the training, Had the correct OS and followed the instalation document to the letter.

IIRC there were seperate Server & user Applications so I assume you are trying to install the user application on a new PC

You defenitly need the assistance of a competent installer.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Must be a older one as the software is nearly antique like Windows NeanderTaler OS
