Need help troubleshooting a Radiant c700 POS system

I work at a restaurant that recently upgraded its front-end hardware, which now features a Radiant c700 POS system. The main order entry stuff works fine, but the small customer-facing screen, the Order Confirmation Display, isn't working properly - all it displays is some hardware specs and a "Ready" screen

Any thoughts on how to get it to actually show orders?

I've never played around with it, but here are some docs and here is the actual orderpoint software if you want to give it a try. You might need to be licensed for it as well.
