[Electricity]+[Computer Equipment Rental]+[Office Equipment Rental]+[Depreciation]+[Interest Income]+[MSA Software Amortization]+[Non-MSA Software Amortization]+[Maintenance & Repairs]+[Travel Expenses]+[Entertainment Expense]+[Professional Fees]+[Insurance]+[Other Computer Related Costs]+[Supplies & Stationery]+[General Office Expense]+[Membership & Dues]+[Donations]+[Agency's Own Advertising]+[New Business]+[Personnel Fees]+[Foreign Exchange Transactions]+[Bank Fees]+[Unbillable Client Service]+[Novartis W/Os Cost of Service]+[NovoNordisk-C.S.C. Cost of Service]+[Organon-Organon W/O's Cost of Service]

And what is your question? Can't you define the new calculation using existing data-items?

Create a new column with the code you have there, then total if you like.
