need help to transfer data.

Can someone help me with this?

I have a new mail server that I need to transfer new email too.

to start at the beginning, Our old mail server was failing and they bought a new one. I loaded it with windows server 2003 and added the active directory. so its a brand new server but the information is stillin the old one.
I need to transfer the database from microsoft exchange to the new server so I need instructions or rather the link to the instructions on how to transfer information from one server to the other.
I did it once and I remembered to copy the database from the exchange directory to the new one.
I need to know what came next.
