Need help to Show the Actual Phone Number as Caller ID 1

Hi,

I'm new to Cisco Call Manager and I need help to make a change on our extensions to show the actual phone number when calling external numbers. We currently showing just the main number. We have a Call Manager 6.0.

you can do this by going into the route list and at the bottem open the RG and change "Use Calling Party\'s External Phone Number Mask" to on. also make sure you don't the number listed in the route pattern.

In addition you may need to contact the local telco to confirm they are pushing out caller ID on all DIDS.
