Need help to display A field

I need help with a formula that will display cust count when no complaints are noted. My formula is ({LIT_Incident_Tracking.Create-date}>= {?ReportStartDate} and
{LIT_Incident_Tracking.Create-date}<= {?CurrentEndDate}
and{LIT_Incident_Tracking.Incident_Type}=&quot;Complaint&quot
If there are no complaints for a specific store I still need the other data in the report to display Any ideas ???
