First, I apologize if this isn't the right forum.

So far, I managed to configure my Avaya 4610SW IP Phone to boot with a SIP s10d01b2_2_2.bin firmware and it can register all 5 Lines to my FreeSWITCH PBX System as a single extension. What I would like to achieve is to be able to configure each individual SIP Line #2, #3, #4, and Line #5 to register to different SIP providers, but couldn't find a way to do this. Does anyone here know if it is possible to configure each Line with a different SIP provider?

I REALLY doubt that you'll have success here. This is an older phone that was designed to be used as a station on an Avaya product. Wasn't designed as a stand-alone endpoint. Square peg, round hole. You would be much better off investing in a phone designed for this purpose - maybe a Polycom or similar.
