Need Help Setting a Filter on a Calculated Field in a Footer on Report

I have created a report with a calculated field that count the number of records in a group. The field is called [RecordCount] with the Control Source =1. Then I have a unbound text field called [Total] in the group footer with the Control Source =[RecordCount]. My goal is to create a filter that extract all records with <=2 visits. If there is a way to achieve this please advise.
