Need help reversing an excluded item

Today's scan alerted me to the presence of Spywares and in my flustered state, I clicked on Exclude by mistake.

How would I able to undo this error?

bring up NAV, clik on options; exclusions; highlight the one you want to remove from the excluded list; clik on remove. That should do it

forgot something, after options, clik on manual scan, then exclusions......
