We made a custom real-time report with thresholds set and want to export it to an html file, but the threshold colors don't save in the html. We're under a lot of pressure to get this working yesterday.
I need to know if there is anyway to get the report to save a html with the conditional colors in tact. Or can I create an html template that would help retain this? I can't find the sample html templates that the Avaya documentations mention.
