I need to find an easy way to find all the mappings, sessions and the corresponding required files and parameters for a workflow with a query againts the repository otherwise the only other way is to piece mail it...has anyone done this yet?

It's a major pain if you have versioning set up. Otherwise, check out the views they supply - they have most of what you are looking for.

I haven't yet (no need as yet). If you have version control enabled , then you're in to some hefty SQL (like Artiechoke mentioned)

Alternatively you could use the label-wizard , pick a workflow and label all it's children. Then you get the bulk of the components with a repository manager query

(Underneath this is just as well a query against repo, of course)
