Ok here's my problem, I'm working with some data from an excel spreadsheet, and I need to put it into a form on Access, but I can't figure out how to get the info from the excel sheet to Access. I tried copying it but it just puts that info into the one field, and doesnt create multiple fields for it. If anyone can tell me how to get data from Excel and put it into a Form on Access, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your help!
