Need Help Publishing Wav Files

I have a requirement to publish call recordings for legal purposes. There are a number of wav files so I created a playlist under Windows Media Player. There doesn't seem to be a lot of "lockdown" capabilities for this, so i was wondering if anyone has come across this requirement, and how best to solve it both securely and somewhat idio- I mean lawyer-proof.
