Need help, please respond 1

Is there any way I can remove or edit a post I've posted? I did a favour for a friend, and posted that link here to show someone how to do something, and, without me realising, I guess the damn thing was copyrighted...any one that can help, please let me know...I need to get that post off, or at least the link.
