Need Help Palm Beach Florida MITEL

I have a customer that is in need of a tech that will help them with there MITEL phone system that was recently affected by storm.
Half the phones are down, it's a major hotel in the Palm Beach area.
Mitel will not help because they don't have a contract. They are a great customer I maintain one of there hotels in New York.
