I ended up clicking on a Geocities link which asked for my Yahoo user name and password. Ever since then, I can not get into Yahoo at all.

I am also unable to get any help from Yahoo on this. Maybe they could change my password or something. But I can't get beyond the password request form since I also can't seem to remember the Zip code I signed up with. I tried guessing my way into the system and got disabled.

Help is NOT form letters and auto-responders. Help involves interaction with an actual human being.

Does anyone know whom I can contact on this or how can I get some help? I haven't even gotten to a point in which the system asks my security question. And if someone else has gotten my information, then they can easily change all that information anyway.

I am still logged into Yahoo Instant Messenger. I keep it logged in all the time. If I could just get a human being, I could fix this.

even though Yahoo owns Geocities, i think you may have been scammed and you might as well kiss your username & password goodbye.

besides, this is not a browser issue and should be taking this up with the yahoos @ Yahoo.

sorry also, that i am not a real human being you can talk to, but i feel your pain.

You are better than an auto-responder. I have "taken it up" with the yahoos at Yahoo.

i can't think of which forum other than maybe one on Yahoo.

good luck.

U might try going to a different computer and trying to login. Just in case it is a computer issue.

I have done that. I have done just about all the troubleshooting I can do. I have tried different browsers. I have tried different machines. I have deleted all my cookies.

It is an issue of someone getting my password and possibly changing it. My password does not work, and I can't get any help from Yahoo.

I may finally be remembering the Zip code I used to sign up. Now it says the account is disabled. I need to get access to an actual human being.

In case there is any confusion, I will again summarize: I need to get a human being at Yahoo.

i know it may be a pain but maybe it's time to get a new yahoo account.
