need help on vbscript autodownload/autoupload

Hi,

I am very new to scripts. however, i have tons of interest to explore and test the scripts that were posted online.

I am now trying to find a script to autodownload/autoupload files from FTP.

I went through the page that i have attached the link

Can you help me in being more descriptive in how to use the script and how to implement it successfully. What are the requirements that needs to be installed in my machine?
