Hi,
On the Thanksgiving's Eve, I was working on re-description of few of items on menu so its can print to kitchen in a format that readable/understandable (some of our dishes' name is too long, and space to print on kitchen receipt is limited; example, I have two similar dishes a pineapple fried rice chicken and a pineapple fried rice chicken with cashew). Since we are slow on Thanksgiving's Eve, so I just send in tickets to kitchen while I am playing with different words, and thinking that I will void all of those tickets before the night end. Then I got a surprised visit from my brother with a huge turkey, and a lot of liquor......and you know the rest of the story, LOL.
Anyway, because of the party, I forgot to void those tickets I was working on earlier as planted, and system is posted for that day. Now, is that possible to go back to Nov 28th, and find those tickets to deleted them of the record so I can keep my sale record straight?
I've looking in Aloha folder, and in 20131128 folder. Look like GNDSALE is a file contain the sale record?
Can someone shed some light of how about to go from here?
Can I just open the GNDSALE file and find those tickets, and deleted, then update database?
Sorry for this lengthy post (and grammar as English is not my first language), and thank you for reading.
Happy Holidays!
