Need help on string functions in BO

Am New to BO.
Need info abt string functions in BO.
More specifically conversion functions for converting a numeric field to a string. The help does not seems to be having any such conversion functions.

Check this function:
=FormatNumber(number, "string format&quot

e.g.: =FormatNumber(12.5, "0.00&quot will result in 12.50

Actually, in BO the help on function works (better) the other way. While in formulae wizard choose a function and you can fetch the help data on the function with one click. It is all there really............
