Need Help On Sound Volume

Hi, I sure hope you can help with a user problem. We have client access and we have a user with a hearing problem that cannot hear the error beep while she is entering data. She is in customer service and is on the system daily. I tried going into display, sound etc. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Try turning up the volume on the computer to max?

Yes we tried upping the system volume, speaker volume etc. but the error beep seems to stay at the same squeak...I was thinking on the line of a sound macro I could put on her 400 sessions, or something along this line but I don't know if this would work, also not that advanced on these issues LOL !

She already uses headphones connected to her phone to take orders all day. DO you know if there is a way to transfer the beep sound to the external p.c. speakers? Thanks for all of your help on this!
