Need help on setting dip switches correctly.Can anyone help?

I have a rockwell modem.
Internal ISA card with 6 dip switches
This is the rockwell RCVDL56ACFW/SP ...56KFlex Fax Data Voice with Speakerphone
Would appreciate any clue on how to set the 6 dip switches

I would like to know the dip switch setting for this modem. Thanks in anticipation.
Com1=3,5,6 on {Default IRQ 4 selected}
Com2=4,6 on {Default IRQ 3 selected}
Com3=3,5 on {Default IRQ 4 selected}
Com4=4 on {Default IRQ 3 selected}
The most common is Com 4, IRQ 3, because it rarely conflicts with any other device.
Make sure you DISable com 2 in BIOS setup first!
