Need help on installing BlackBerry Enterprise Server

I just got done installing the enterprise server on my windows 2003 sbs when i go to run the add user wizard it does not open or when i go to the users tab and try to add an user from there it does not do any thing give me a list of user to pick from but once i click ok none show up any help would be great thanks

Add user should link to active directory to show the users in your GAL. Possibly it can't find your global catalog server?

Is Exchange and AD on the same SBS box?
