Need help on Flash MX and Video Clip

Hi All

I am very new to Flash and i have Flash MX. Actually what i want to do is need to import a video clip (.avi or .mov )into flash. Then i want to play the movie by clicking a button.

Somebody please help me in detail because i am struggling a lot.

I did go to the link that you show me in the last thread. It is nice. As i said earlier i would like to create my own button and movie. Can you please explain me in detail how can i achieve this.

Requirement:

1) I want to import a video clip in to flash.

2) Create my own button.

3) When i click on that button the movie should start playing.

4) Then save everything into one (.swf) file.

5) embed into HTML.
