I was told that these were for Norstar but when I log into the E-6000-RNM12 all it says is that it has analog card installed. How do I set up for digital phones?

I believe the analog card is merely a modem card for remote access. Look at one of the ports in s/w and see what option(s) you have (ie.Norstar, Avaya,..). If it says Norstar, your golden.....

Thank you gforce9 for your reply. I was thinking the same thing myself. It turns out that it is for an analog line that the remote end can use for local calls or when the connection between the gateway and the remote is lost.
