Hello all,

I have a problem on selecting a item in a combo box(a total of 26 items listed) to open up a listbox. The combo box and list box are on a SSTab.

I've lost you here. I don't think the SSTab will be a problem. What do you mean with the rest? _________________

Bixarro,

I have a combo box that is quite large(26 items), once the user select the item of the combobox--it should open a listbox under it.

So, you have a listbox for each entry in the combobox, and you want to show the listbox corresponding to the item selected? _________________

I wish to show the list box below the combo box

Yes, I know. But what is in the listbox? Does the listbox's contents have anything to do with the combobox's entries. _________________

Yes..it is a list with in a list
the combo box is the master list and then the list box are the various sublists

you might try placing all 26 lists on the form and make each contols visible property to false. then in code make the visible property to true based on the users selection. i recommend a control array here. it will make your code much easier to maintain

Suds,

Thanks., I will do that.
