The user's fax extensions are set up as phantom extensions with coverage paths to a hunt group with 4 members that are connected to the Brooktrout TR114 Analog card. Calls come in via ISND/PRI and are sent to the hunt group via the coverage path. Problem is the fax server is not seeing the number being passed from the ISDN trunk group. Brooktrout support states that the PBX "Be able to send down the dialed number, or part of the dialed number to the port as DTMF digits after the call has been answered. This is commonly called 'after-dialing', and is a feature provided for the PABX to communicate with other peripherals, such as voice mail." I can't find where that feature would be.
Any thoughts?

If you have vectoring, use the 'converse-on' command.

You can converse-on the hunt group passing DNIS, ANI, VDN and a few other attributes.

Convert the extensions to VDN's and run them through a vector with the 'converse-on' command and you'll get the information you need passed to the Brooktrout card.

If you don't have vectoring, you might try connecting these as a trunk group rather than as stations. Analog trunks would outpulse the DNIS for you.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
