Need Help.....Nortel M7324 & Centralized Attendant Position

Hello forum members:

I have a Nortel M7324 telephone that has a Norstar CAP (Centralized Attendant Position) Module attached to it. I have approximately 25 telephones on this system.

All of the telephones lines appear on the CAP when being used with the EXCEPTION OF x3 PHONES. When these x3 phones are in use, they do not appear anywhere on the CAP.

I am puzzled. How do I get these three phones to show up on the CAP console? The secretary is going NUTS and I don’t have clue to what’s going on here!

I have researched the programming manual, but I cannot seem to find anything in regard to this problem.


Any advice appreciated!
