I have a user that needs a international line for her fax. Im using a option 81, I need to see what her NCOS is set to. Her ext is 0566 I need to look up her info to see what her NCOS is set for. Can someone help!!! I dont know what load that is in.

in your switch print a dn/tn of a set that has international and change the ncos to that.. in my 81 it's ncos 7

You just print the TNB of the set in load 20, that will show you the NCOS,.
 
I'm not sure what you are trying to print but to see her NCOS you just need to print out her phone as follows:

ld 11
prt
dnb
0566

prt
tnb
(enter the tn that you obtained from print the DNB)

You can assign the value to the NCOS on a customer basis, but typically the highest NCOS you are using is the one for international and 0 usually is for internal only with 3or4 being statewide and nationwide.
