I posted an earlier thread about merging with Word to produce documents. I have hundreds of docs that will need to be merged for use some or all of the time. I received some good advice on using bookmarks to do this....however, i've encountered a problem with duplicate fields. Let's say I have to use info from the field AbstractorName three times in one doc. When I merge using bookmarks, only one of the fields in the doc updates; the others remain as whatever I labled them in Word (i.e., Name, Name1, Name2). I've tried giving the bookmarks in Word unique names, still doesn't work. Any ideas????
