Need Help Loading Pages and Page Titles Dynamically into I-Frame...

Here is my dilemma, I looked at the tutorial found here to base my structure on:

I built a page here,

however, I want to have one of the tabs load different pages while the other 3 load static pages. What I mean is if when a user click on menu items to the right (like on my page)different pages are loaded into the i-frame under Tab A and have the page names appear in the Text Area of the Tab, while the other tabs open the same page. Can this be done using the model I've used here? I am an intermediate programmer in Javascript, CSS, and Actionscript, and have already learned so much from you site. Thank you for posting it and I hope you can find time to reply. Thanks so much.

Also, on the tabs, I have played with the Z index so that the active tabs moves forward and retains the hover phase, and that is not working either...any and all help you can offer would be fantastic!
