This customer is replacing a junked BCM50 with an Avaya IP office, I'm using the old Nortel 1230 phones. I can't seem to figure out how to load the new firmware in them. I have looked on Avaya's site and it isn't much help.

Any ideas???

Yes, after a power outage it appears that the hard drive is bad. It was one of three BCM50s that I take care of in town that died this week, we had two extended power outages. $$$$
