need help in rtf template editing without losing the style

hi all,

i am trying to edit(as finding and replacing) a template rtf file with bookmarks using java RTFEditorKit.I can load and edit file but in the output file im not haveing the same text format or style after replacing.Does anyone who have any idea or experience about this problem..thank you for your help in advance..
