Just a couple of things:

1.- Don't post in capital letters, it's considered a bad practice.

2.- I doubt that someone can help you with a so general question, looks like you're looking for some to write the program for you

3.- Next step could be a google search (or any other) with "java chess" or "java chess implementation". You will fin funny thigd out there.
