Need Help - IIS socket problem

I have a few websites running ok before. Suddenly all of my port-configured websites stop working eventhough I can stop and restart each websites successfully using my IIS Manager. I've checked my Event Viewer and found this err msg keep coming...

Any could help to explain why & how to solve this ASAP
