need help identifying a font 1

I can't seem to find any forums here on fonts or anything, so if somebody can help me identify this font, I'd be really greatful. and if you can tell me where to find it, I'd be eternally greatful!

The site that I use, and find as an excellent source, is

It was formerly called fontempire.com. It has a visual index of all fonts and although it doesn't have the specific font that colcry mentions it is generally good.
