Need Help, html editor has error

Hi All,

I need some help please.
When I open a new html page in InterDev6, the tabs 'design/source/preview' are gone, 'html' on menu is gone and all text in the editor go black (they suppose to have color when they are html tag or script).

Also, when I go to menu, Tools->Options->Html/Forms, an 'Error Loading' appears in the right side of the option box.

I tried to uninstall and install the whole visual studio but it doesn't help.

Anyone know why it happens and how to fix it?
Please help.
