Need Help Getting the Relative Frame Number

Hi all,

I'm trying to obtain the scene relative frame number using the _currentFrame variable.

When I use the following command to obtain the current frame of the root animation:

getProperty("/", _currentFrame"

It returns the absolute frame number (ie the combination of all the frames in all the scenes.)

So is it possible to determine the frame number relative to the scene label in Flash 5?

Any help is appreciated.

You know the frames number of each previous scene right?
Just substract those from the number you do get! Regards,
