Need help for NS500

I create IP trunk (H323) between two NS500. Ext. numbers of the first one are 1xx, ext. numbers of the second one are 2xx. I have CO lines only in PBX 1. Configuration of the IP trunk between two PBX is correct because i can dial the extensions from PBX 1 to PBX 2 and back PBX 2 to PBX 1.
The IP trunk is TG 7 and he has COS 1. When i try to dial (807+9) from PBX 2 through CO lines of PBX 1, the dial can't be completed ("line not assigned").

Does anyone know what the problem is ???

Have you asigned 9 as other pbx or set routing for 9 in ip card incoming on the system
