We upgrade recently to CC6 and have not been able to schedule and export reports to a file on a common drive or fold on a users desktop.

We had no issues with SCCS 4.0. Any thoughts? Thanks...

You most likely need to set up share permissions to the drive to which you want to export files.

Web Client or Contact Center Manager Administrator (CCMA) usually does not have rights to export files on a company network. And you do not want to normally have users accessing the CCMA directly to pull files.

If you could give some better detail, it will be easier to diagnose. What happens when you type in a valid network path? Can you save reports to the CCMA server itself? (Create a folder in My Documents to export a test report)

Probably the CCMA user 'IceAdmin' can't write to the folder / PC due to share permissions (as Milesprower stated).

Our solution was to create a shared folder (called 'Scheduled_Reports') on the data disk of the CCMA server and gave the 'IceAdmin' user write permissions on that folder. Later we gave the individual Users (teamleaders) read access to the shared folder...
