Hello,

I am using OSX and I have been trying to export about a dozen photos as a quicktime movie. It works fine as long as you only want ONE photo. I have tried everything to my knowledge to exort more than one to no avail!! I have tried to do the same thing with email. No matter what I do, it only selects one photo. I have created an album called "Christmas 2002" and it contains about 12 photos. I can click on the slide show icon and it shows all 12 photos.
I have looked in all the online help but it just says to go to edit then "select all" it selects them all alright but when you try to export them it only exports the currently displayed photo.

Thanks for anyones help.

You said, "go to edit then "select all"

When I want to export multiple pictures I select the folder I want to export from then select the 'Share' option. From there I can select the pictures (if you don't select any pictures, iPhoto defaults to selecting all of them) I want to export and then select the 'Export' option. The next dialog allows me to save file types, web page and Quicktime. You can accomplish this from the pull down menus across the top too. I think the trick is to be in the 'Share' area and not 'Edit.'

Hope this helps.

You can select just the photos you want by clicking on the first photo to export then COMMAND-clicking (hold down the COMMAND key while clicking) on the others.
