We are running special drink prices during happy hour, but I do not want it discounted with happy hour. For example, we are charging one dollar for a drink, but during happy hour, it is discounting the $1 so I want to exclude these drinks so it doesn't take off the $1 during happy hour. please help....

need help excluding an item during happy hour

You probably haven't received any replies because your question doesn't give any clue about what software you are using.
Having said that, many systems have a field tied to a product (called a "switch") that can be set ON or OFF to handle things like discounts.
