Need help estimating number of hours for project

I just got a contract to lay out a newsletter, and I need to give a time estimate for the project. My question for you folks is about how many hours it would take a person with professional-level Pagemaker proficiency to complete a project like this.

The newsletter is 8 pages, black and white. The text will require minor editing and a lot of juggling to make it fit. A table will have to be constructed for some of the data. Appropriate graphics will have to be located or created.

Any and all ideas, even rough/ballpark guesses, would be greatly appreciated!
