I will try to make this as short as possible. What I have is a Calendar that our Meter Reader setup to schedule his routes for his Meter Readers each month. I need to have it set up for each month so that he does not miss a route from a master list of routes. BUT, he has the meter readers color coded, some routes are read a two different days by different meter readers. Any one that can help me with this would certainly be my hero for the day:) I have to have this done ASAP. Immediate response would be greatly appreciated. I can email the calendar to whoever will help me so you can get an idea of what I am doing.

email it to sbendbuckeye2000@yahoo.com and I'll try to look at it over the weekend. In your email give some examples of the problems you are having and what you would like it to to.

Good Luck!

If you'd like to send the file, I'll make a strong effort to achieve the results you require.

Dale,
I just emailed you the calendar. I hope you can work wonders.
Thanks again...:)
Worried Wendy

Wendy,

I can't check this from home, but I think one of the options on specialcells allows you to check formatting. I can't test this but I think its close. Try something like this:

Sheets(1).Activate
Sheets(1).SpecialCalls(xlCellTypeFormula).Select or
Sheets(1).Cells.SpecialCalls(xlCellTypeFormula).Select

If you look it up in help, I think there is an xlCellTypeFormatted or something like that. I hope I am not sending you off on a wild goose chase.

Good Luck!
