Need help deleting mail from the server

I am running domino 5.0.6 with almost 70 users. My problem is that whenever users delete their mail, it still seems to store on the server. I need assistance to run the housekeeping agent. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Make sure users are replicating with the server and run ncompact.exe every night.

In the configuration tab of the Admin client under "Server" you will find "Programs". Click on "Add Program". Put ncompact.exe into the Program name field. In the command line field put in -S 10

Make sure you select your server and run the program in the early hours of the morning.

Doing this will compact all databases on the server thus eliminating any space that is not used due to users deleting mail.
