Our users are having a problem sending an email to a particular domain. Here is a copy of the bounce. We have re-tried several times over several days without luck.
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at host02.#####.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I've looked up 550 and 553 but cannot narrow down the issue. 550 says Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.
553 says Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed.
Interestingly enough, when I manually telnet to the box, it reports the same errors right after the "mail from:".
If I try the same thing from a different IP block, it appears to accept it. I have verified our small IP block is not on the rbl but don't know what else to check.
Any help is appreciated.
