Need help - couple of question

First question, we are using Access 2000 and some of our clients have windows xp. When they print reports with xp the report does not format correctly. This does not happen with nt or win 98. Is there a fix for this?

Also when I export a report into rtf format, the report has gaps between sections that are not there when the report is just printed from access. Can this be corrected somehow.

I would appreciate information on thes questions. Thanks
