need help corporate network routing problem

I have a main 3620 router that routes to our other hq and offices on a ds3 using atm pvc's. I can not get from any of our small offices to anywhere on the other hq network other than the main router. The small offices can get to each other though. Here are some trace routes.

How does the output of "show ip route" looks like on device configured with ip address 10.54.1.5? Here the traceroute stopped, so I would go to see wheteher this particular device has a way back. You might as well check for any misconfigured access-lists or any firewall device along the way.

Just one point about your routing tables. Don't you want to summarize (or aggregate) the routes? This way the outputs won't be so lenghty.

Have you tired turning off split horizon on the the EIGRP instance?
 
I agree with NetEng631, If any of these ethernet interfaces are in a point(hub)to multipoint layout then split horizon problems will occur. usually what happens is the hub can see all sights but the spokes cannot see each other.

p.s. if you are worried about the nachi-worm, i suggest that you turn off proxy-arp on the interfaces. It's not the ICMP traffic that will kill your network, It is the ARP Broadcasts that will try to resolve IPs to MACs, before the pings can take place. I also suggest that you turn icmp traffic back on because w/o it, MTU Path Discovery will not work, nor will traceroute.
