I have replaced in my site an Octel 200 with a CallPilot 600r. the call pilot is now working correctly. But there is a dialing facility that users in the Octel could use and I'm trying to figure out how to do it in the callpilot.
A user could login in there Octel mailbox, record a message and send it to a remote mailbox destination. He dial 274 which is the remote site destination plus the mailbox.
I'm guessing the remote voicemail strips the 274 and sends the message to the mailbox.
What I have in the dialing plan of the Octel is this:
NETWORK INITIAL NETWORK NUMBER NUMBER OF
LOCATION DIGITS MAILBOX OF DIGITS DIGITS TO STRIP
NAME EXPECTED LENGTH TO STRIP FROM SELF
-------- -------- ------- --------- ---------
ALBUQU 274 7 3 0
Reading the Callpilot documentation I see that this is done by AMIS, I checked and I have AMIS license activated but I could not find in the menus of the callpilot where I can put in the dial plan for remote sites.
Ca anyone help me out?
