Need help configure SIP / CISCO

Kind of urgent... my ata box died this morning. I have a 2port fxs card installed in my 2621xm.
the voip provider i use, uses SIP , can someone help me out on how to get the router to register to the sip server? and also setup the fxs port ?

not sure what info you need, so ill keep checking often in case i need to provide more information.

anyone checks this place out ?

i figured out how to register it to the sip server.
not sure how i can associate my userid from the sip server to the FXS port.
