I am an ex CICS programmer. I now work on the AS400.
With little training I am pretty much up and running.
If have NO one available that writes CICS/400.
My coworker is a diehard RPG programmer.
I have 20 years programming experience. My questions
are of technique and style.
If there is anyone who has gone from CICS Cobol
to the AS400 I would greatly appreciate an email.
An example of a question I have is-----
Are subfiles like temp storage queues in CICS?
Should you always use subfiles or are they to be used
when you would use temp storage queue in CICS?
